What is "co-insurance"?

The amount you pay for covered health care after you meet your deductible. This amount is a percentage of the total cost of care—for example, 20%—and your insurance plan covers the rest. This amount may change from visit to visit depending on the complexity of your appointment &/or additional services rendered during your appointment.

Why do I need to put down a deposit?

The amount you pay out of pocket before your insurance provider will pay any expenses.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your first appointment due to a significant number of patients not showing up for their initial appointment, which denies other patients the opportunity to secure an appointment and receive care.
